Quadrifoglio Whistleblowing Platform – by Keisdata

In compliance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937, concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of EU law, and its Organisational Management and Control Model, ex. Legislative Decree 231/2001, Quadrifoglio Group has adopted this platform for the collection of reports, guaranteeing the protection of the identity of the reporter.

The Whistleblowing Platform, available at the following link https://quadrifogliowb_whistleblowing.keisdata.it/ , is managed by an independent third party, Keisdata S.r.l., to protect the identity of all those who use it. The Group, in fact, undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and to ensure that no act of retaliation or discrimination, direct or indirect, is adopted against the person who has made reports in good faith. The internal procedure allows anonymous reports, remembering to substantiate them as best as possible in order to manage them correctly.

Types of reporting allowed:

1. Those provided for by EU Directive 2019/1937, e.g.: violations of the consumer code or environmental matters
2. The former ones. Legislative Decree 231/01, e.g.: violation of the code of ethics, violation of the internal code
3. Others, such as: violation of company procedures

It should be noted that the Whistleblowing Platform is not a portal for the management of complaints or commercial reports.
